About Us

Teresa is a mother of four and happily married to her best friend. She is currently enrolled at Lackawanna College, located in Sunbury, PA. She is earning her Associates Degree in Business Administration. Teresa is the Founder & President of Rhoads To A New U

Don and Tiara Shipe are both physical therapists and the owners of Shipe Physical Therapy LLC. Don earned his doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Scranton. Tiara earned her doctorate in physical therapy from Misericordia University. They reside in New Berlin and have a son and a daughter.

Angela is a college student studying at Lackawanna University, Sunbury branch. Her major is Human Services. She is a mother of 3 little girls, has a loving supportive partner, a black cat, and a family dog, Bel, who is a golden retriever. She has always had a passion for helping out the community and has started her own community group for children in Northumberland, called "Lets Play" When Teresa approached Angela about Rhoads To A New U about the programs offered and work being done to help our local community, she was excited to be a part of helping more. She says, “It is a pleasure to work alongside and with the founder of this organization. It’s a great way to give back and build up our local communities.”
